During the Retreat, the daily sessions are designed to encourage men of God to be excellent in their Christian walk. The teachings are extracted from the Word of God in line with the current theme of From the Heart Church Ministries. The men are reminded of who they are in Christ Jesus and the emphasis is on glorifying God in every area and aspect of daily life.
The Opening Session takes place Wednesday evening after check-in and onsite registration. This session sets the tone for the remaining teachings throughout the Retreat. Thursday and Friday begin with breakfast followed by sessions, a morning break, lunch, free time, dinner, and an evening session. The schedule gives each man plenty of time to reflect on what is being taught and to spend time with the Lord in meditation and prayer. Remember to visit the Prayer Chapel which is open before and after sessions.
Men! You can look forward to a time of fellowship filled with comradery, friendship, and love that is evident during the breaks and free time throughout the Retreat. Many fathers, sons, and family combinations attend together and the Retreat is the best place to get to know other like-minded men of From the Heart churches all around the country.

October 5 to November 2 – Full payment due
Final payment is due on or before Sunday, November 2nd. Your registration will be cancelled for lack of payment if not received by this date. If you need to cancel your registration, please email us at events@fthcm.org. Your registration is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation. Registrations and balances are not transferable.
Cancellations August 9 to October 31 – monies paid minus $150 minimum non-refundable deposit
Cancellations after October 31 – no refund
We cannot refund monies after October 31 because the ministry enters into contractual agreements to accommodate your registration.
If you are interested in purchasing event insurance for cancellation and other unforeseen circumstances, there is an optional coverage available to you through Faith Ventures. FAITH VENTURES is a collaboration with Brotherhood Mutual Insurance. If you would like to consider additional protection against loss of your medical, travel, baggage, other valuable personal items and event cancellation, you can learn more at their website and sign up online HERE. This insurance has been approved by the provider for use on religious missions trips, conferences and retreats.
NOTE – Access to this coverage is offered as a courtesy and is NOT an insurance under From the Heart Church Ministries, Inc. Your participation in it is OPTIONAL and AT YOUR OWN RISK AND COST and is not a requirement to attend the From the Heart event. Participants will directly contract with Faith Ventures, and any payments or claims under this coverage are to be submitted directly to Faith Ventures.
