The purpose of the Health & Recovery Ministry is to visit and encourage members and their family members who are homebound, hospitalized, recuperating at home or in a nursing facility who are unable to attend worship services. Visits as well as follow-up telephone calls are scheduled and provided on a monthly basis.
Team leaders of the Health & Recovery Ministry will provide training to all members. Training workshops will be held at least once a year.
Meeting Dates: As needed
There are no essential items needed to serve. However, no jeans will be worn when going out to minister to the sick and/or recuperating.
"So built we the wall; and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof: for the people had a mind to work." Nehemiah 4:6
