The purpose of the Prison Ministry is to minister the Word of God to adults and juveniles, both male and female who are incarcerated in correctional facilities throughout the DMV. The Prison Ministry instills in all those who are incarcerated that no life is beyond the reach of God’s grace, forgiveness and salvation.
TRAINING PROVIDED BY MINISTRY:
Specialized training will be provided.
Meeting Dates: As needed
To teach in the ministry all volunteers must complete the course, “Teaching: From Gift to Practice” offered by the School of Knowledge. Also, proper identification is required to enter correctional facilities.
