Telephone Reception Ministry

The purpose of this ministry is to provide telephone answering service on Saturdays, Sundays, and special occasions.  The types of information provided to callers are directions to the church, times of services, current church activities or events, and information pertaining to other FTH churches and locations.

What to expect

  • New members are required to become familiar with the TRM manual before training can be scheduled.
  • There are four training sessions, one for each service period, as mentioned above.
 

Meeting Dates: Quarterly, either 3rd Thursday, 7:00 p.m., or 3rd Saturday, 11:00 a.m.

Additional Information

  • TRM requires that ministry name badges be worn when answering the phones
  • Paper, pens, writing pads.
  • The most essential item is a kind and willing heart to serve the people.
